Why is someone refusing to believe without proof a 'fooll', though? Isn't it more crazy to believe WITHOUT proof?

 

Just saying that God reveals Himself to all, but many reject Him anyway.

Not being self-righteous at all. Just stating that He has, or will, reveal Himself to you, and it is up to you to accept or deny.

It is not an argumentative point. If you claim He hasn't, that is your choice.
Search your heart.

Sometimes people claim He hasn't only because they are afraid of what might be revealed unto them.

The unknown is frightening. But it is only so until you know what the unknown is.

 

God reveals the unknown to those who believe.
Ask any born again Christian.

An un- believer is blinded only because they refuse to see.

Accept Him, and you will see.
There is no way to explain it to those who refuse believe.

 

How does he "revels himself" to all? I have never seen him.
The Burden of Proof is to prove he exists, yet I never saw a proof. If there was a proof, I'd believe.
And many people don't believe he exists not because they are afraid, but because they favor logic over random belief.
I think that its people that believe that some times do it out of fear. Fear of what comes after death and all

And, as a philosopher once said "Do not be afraid of Death, as we do not know what happens then. Its just another journey, and you will discover something new"

 

I prefer to say that the Believer in blinded because he refuses to see he could be wrong

That is where you, and all non-believers fail to understand.
It isn't a matter of "being good". No one is "good".
You think since you have never murdered anyone, you're "good"?

Again, God doesn't ask anyone to be "good". He know He alone is good.

All He asks is that you believe.

 

Then he is a dude with an ego problem "you go to hell if you don,t believe in me". Sounds like an asshole, honestly

 

God should care about one thing only; good people and bad people

There is no explanation I can give to a non-believer who refuses to believe.
Blindness comes in many forms.

 

Its not that I REFUSE to believe, its that I want proof.
I hate fanatism, I don't follow blindly without knowing. That is not bad.
If God is real, well.. he created us with free will. And he would send me to Hell for using it? That sounds like a jerk move

Science reveals the unknown to people that do researches.
If we followed the Church, and that God is the answer to everything, all researches would be pointless, and so no sciences. Because, anyway, the answer is "God"
We do not 'refuse' to believe, but we don,t believe without proofs.
