    I also really like cheese and tonight we are going to a pizzeria, so extra extra extra extra extra of all possible cheeses for a pizza.:D:D

    As you talk so much about cheese, tonight we are having a fondue dinner, one of our favourite dishes. My sister likes it with raw vegetables, but we'll add some veal as well. A little wine to drink and we finish the dinner with a recipe from Estrella de Mar, rice pudding and cinnamon. :)

    Driving all day, leftover pasta heated by the sun on the dash. my wife made the sauce so it’s going to be good!

    Best, imho, with Mettwurst instead of any other sausage.

    (Goetta runs a close second, but it is only available in the Mid East and North East of the USA.)

    Estrella de Mar has given us a Spanish recipe for trout, but we haven't cooked it yet. It is a very appetising fish and with a glass of good wine and even better company, much more so. ;)

    Tonight German sausages stuffed with cheese with steamed peas and carrots. A little wine and strawberries and cream.

    Tonite we having fried eggs over easy, grits, hot sausage in dirty gravy( made with coffee and grease drippings from sausage and pinch sugar), buttered toast "n black berry jam and chunk of chedar cheese...
