Mothers, have you had children with your son?

My son and I tried when we were younger, resulting in two miscarriages. I was deeply sad that it apparently wasn’t meant to be, as having our own family together was very important to us. However I’m curious if any women have successfully had children by their sons, if so how many, and what was the experience like?
