    So. All the free speech Amendment actually guarantees, though, is that you cannot be arrested. Government cant pass laws that make speech illegal (without attachment to other acts). Example. There cant be a law against the N word. "I am going to kill every N in this room!" while brandishing a gun..............

    There is a difference between insults and death threats though. Saying you will kill someone is not freedom of speech

    I am saying they can add "enhancement" laws. Example. It is NOT illegal to drive. But it is, if you dont realize when you drive them there, illegal to drive for a robbery and not report it. If you rob a store with Joe and Joe kills someone. You killed someone in most places too. So "N" is not illegal. Yelling I am going to kill you N then doing it can be enhanced to a Hate Speech enhancement. Potentially.
