This Corvid -19 bullshit is being used as an excuse to inflict a KGB repression of a Democratic country. Andrews spent 6 years completing an under-graduate Arts Degree at Monash University (very left-wing). He spent most of his time in the Socialist-Left Club.
He's never had a job in the work-a-day world. He has no concept of the hardship he's inflicting on small/medium business, or working and lower middle-class people.
