    This time - a news from space...

    Tomorrow, March 25 , 2023, there happens a quite nearly pass of giant asteroid -
    at 19.29 UTC the Apollo type asteroid, with code name 2023 DZ2 passes
    planet Earth on distance 174,639 ± 27 km (over East Asia).
    So two times less than distance to Moon...
    The size of asteroid is like football field (90 x 40 m) and it could be visible
    with a good binoculars...

    As usually - at the end of May - there are going important matches on IIHF World Championship of icehockey.

    In semifinals in Finnish city Tampere on Saturday, May 27 are playing national teams -
    Canada vs Latvia and USA vs Germany

    Latvia is in semifinals for the first time in history, defeating Sweden in quarterfinal in Riga 3:1.
    Germany also won Switzerland by surprize, last year champion Finland lost to Canada 1:4.

    More news from Finland Tampere - IIHF World Championship of icehockey.
    Today is day of finals.

    On small final (bronze medals game) team Latvia defeated team USA on overtime.
    Regulation time USA 3 : 3 LAT. The winning goal on overtime from LAT > Rubins >
    4:3     and Latvia won bronze medals for the first time.
