Would it be possible to have more definitive guidelines on what constitutes the definition of "appearing underage"? I understand that it can be subjective, but if you post content that was obtained from sites where the subjects in the videos are legally verified 18+ in the legal disclaimer, or sites where under 18 content is banned in the terms of service, and it gets removed here, what criteria is this site using that differs from others? I think we are all aware that legal "teens" are a major interest on porn sites, and that some may appear to be slightly younger than legal age or that are just at or over legal age, but are still legal. I'm just trying to get a better understanding so that I can avoid having content removed. And, with all due respect, it is also ironic that a forum centered on a taboo that is technically illegal in most areas of the world could restrict content that involves legal subjects. I'm not trying to sound argumentative, or combative, or disrespectful, I just want to get an understanding, as I do love the central topic on this site, and I have enjoyed conversing with people I have met here.

Personnaly i love the way moderators work here, not brutally censuring post most of the time, contrary to what they do on most forums or social medias but modifying in red passages that's are against the rules.

OK, for those who need further clarification. On this site, we go by "appears to be under 18". That is, in the opinion of staff.
Any staff member can, and will, delete any post or part thereof which that staff member fells may be underage. It is, and always will be, a subjective opinion. It is not subject to debate.
What other sites use for criteria is irrelevant - we don't care if they vouch for it or not, so don't use that as your guideline.
We suggest that you could use age 20 as your perceived minimum in order to err on the side of caution.

In summary, this forum is very strict regarding child pornography, so if that's where your interests lie, then you are in the wrong place.

Otherwise, be welcome, enjoy and please read the rules.

We are not a porn site.

Taboo about incest in this forum's regard involves adults.
Pedophilia only involves the abuse of children.
There is no correlation of the two.

Discussion about incest and the depiction thereof is not illegal.
    The depiction of pedophilia is.

It is not ironic unless you believe the abuse of children equates to consenting adults.

If I may add to pussycat's post.

There are Mods here who have extensive experience in identifying those who are under the age of 18, no matter their ability to appear over 18.

I appreciate the mods' information and honesty. To make sure I am not in jeopardy of violating any rules, I'll play it safe and not post any photo or video content. Makes it easy for everyone.

    As you wish.

But I am sure you have enough common sense not to post anything overtly underage.

Other than that, if you find something that is a good contribution to the Forum, we have no problem
at all of you sharing said post(s).
    In fact, we encourage it.

And I never knowingly would do that. But, of course, there is content that is questionable and open for interpretation, so that grey area is what I will stay away from.

Now, I know of some very good incest content that I would love to post. I just wish I was in a position to create my own. ;)

    @Slangalang
We use a standard practice of "appears to be" because we have no way to verify the actual age of a subject in a picture at the time the picture was taken. If another website has a policy of 18+ that is no guarantee that any picture on that site is actually 18+ at the time the photo was taken. Some models in their 20s will use youthful appearance, hair in ponytails, clothing, stuffed animals, and set staging to appear to be a younger teen. In that case they may be actually 18+ but "appear" younger. Our second standard practice is "when in doubt, throw it out.

If you have trouble finding that line you may use this tip I have given other members. Instead of 18+ use 21+ or 25+, to allow a little leeway.

Also if you have doubt you can always contact a moderator via PM for an opinion, prior to posting.

The problem is the gray areas of age and that has evolved over time.

My mother was** and married when I was born, shotgun marriage so to speak. My father at the time was 21. Today, in all states, that’s rape. I am only 50.

18 can get you a lot of things, but you can’t buy a gun or buy beer, but you can carry a gun and die for the US of A in a foreign land.

In Texas, if you are **, you are considered an adult in all criminal offenses, yet you must finish high school otherwise, unless you are emancipated, with parental approval, or 18.

I realize that a lot of pedophiles exist, but it’s our societal definition of age that drives things. Hispanic societies have a tradition of the quinceanera that celebrates a female’s transition into adulthood at ** years of age. I have been to several. They are as lavish as a wedding, more so in some ways. Yet, in our law, ** not an adult make.

And in our forum, age references are strictly monitored and enforced, so please read the rules. - PC

I get it, and if get banned, OK, but how is citing official Texas law wrong or Hispanic traditions or even my life story that did not involve incest. Yeah, I get it, incest ... age ... lawyers, but life and law and age are not black and white.

If I post the actual law, that’s bad? What, censor actual law?

To my knowledge, no one is planning on banning you. And you can cite any law you want, just keep it within our rules.

No references to any age under 18. No exceptions. Read the rules please.

I hope it was the last time I saw you editing your post and re-adding ages below 18 AFTER a moderator removed those ages and told you NOT to mention them.

    I did not re-add anything.

    Wowz

Hmmm ... something’s weird and now I will get the axe.

    You did.

We mods can check the editing-history of a post. What was edited and when and by who it was edited.

No, it’s just I am confused. I understand the age thing, even though in this context it makes no sense, but to accuse me of flagrantly violating the rules, which means with intent, repeatedly, that did not happen.

If my edit history is saved, which on other sites are, then my edits have been saved for posterity. My ages were not changed since first post, other words were.

I thought it odd my alerts stated my post was edited, but I saw no changes other than the words I made which were not the ages.

No, I don’t want to be banned.

The thing is, we don't allow any mentionings of ages under 18 in general. No matter the context.

This was the edit I made on your post, then you re-added the removed ages and @pussycat had to edit it again to remove those ages.
