Well, Putin, of course, is not an angel, but he and his team, at least, are creating some kind of movement in Russia. Even in such a crooked way, society is gradually moving forward. Many people don't like him, but so far they support his policy towards a spoiled Ukraine. I understand that Europe and the United States are uncomfortable with this state of affairs with Ukraine. But the problem with people can be solved indefinitely by letting Ukrainians into Europe and the United States. Or by annexing parts of Ukraine that have not yet been captured by the Russians. Forcibly return parts of modern Ukraine - to Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Moldova.

Dictator Putin's "popularity" is based (and maintained) on total terror within Russia,
against honest people who are honoring use of their own thoughts about democracy.
Dictator Putin's tools in this "popularity" are new Russian laws, which are
promising up to 10 years prison for people who try to tell truth about that
Russian bloody aggression in war against independent European state - Ukraine.
Under his command Russian armed forces are enforcing genocide against
whole Ukrainian nation. His other tools of "popularity" within Russia are:
huge amount of special police forces - OMON (Otryad Mobilniy Osobogo Naznacheniya) and
Russian special security forces - FSB - who are terrorizing people, who are against
Putin's dictatorship - they arrest brave and free people within Russia, and they are
also poisoning and killing former Russian dissident people with polonium and novitchok
    in many Western countries.
Putin has no popularity - he has only deadly power. In Russia there is known a proverb -
If someone has fear against power - sooner or later he will surrend...
But - as shows history of war in Ukraine - this brave NATION of independent state Ukraine
has no big fear against bloody aggressor - and they do not surrend...

God grant, and time will tell who is more right - Ukrainians or Russians. We will wait for the result.

Here I use for answer an excerpt from Ukrainian writer, Yan Valetov column in his blog,
which is very popular in Ukraine and other democratic countries -

"We (Ukraine) have not fallen in three days, or a week, or a month. And this made the West finally realize
that all these years they were shaking hands not with the president of a great country, but with
a little bald-headed killer, who had completely lost touch with time and reality.
With an angry madman, who imagines himself to be a messiah, called to collect Russian lands,
not understanding that many of them are not even Russian at all and have never been Russian (lands)."

For Europe and the USA, he will be known as a bad character, but for the citizens of the CIS, he can become a semi-divine savior of the whole world, that is, you, but you will not appreciate it. Let's remember the Caribbean crisis, was the United States very happy with the nuclear warheads in Cuba? Thus, Russia was angered by Ukraine's behavior regarding its request to deploy or transfer nuclear weapons to it and statements to the whole world that Ukraine was already working on nuclear warheads, since the means of delivering warheads were already being produced. From the European side, military bases are already located near the borders with Russia, NATO reconnaissance planes regularly fly near the borders of Russia, and then Ukraine with Nazi Russophobic cries began to rage. Well, what did Russia have to do to take off her panties and fuck her in the ass? As you can see, she fucks Ukraine for bungling. If you feel so sorry for Ukrainians, then take them to your countries, but then don't worry that after a while Ukrainian flags will rise instead of your state standards.

NATO didn't want to put nuclear weapons in Ukraine.
That's just Putin's propaganda to make it look like he is waging that war 'for the defense of Russia'.
    He is not.
Putin started this war because he wants an Empire.
He wants to erase freedom, take away the customs and liberties of the Ukrainians.
He wants to destroy Ukraine as a people, to assimilate them into a new "Russian Empire".
    But - he will fail.
    Putin's sick tyranny will fail.
Countless lives will be lost before this happen, but he will never win.
Ukrainians are a proud and free people, they are pushing him away from the surroundings of Kyiv,
the Russian troops suffered heavy losses with little gain.
The only thing Russians achieved in Ukraine was killing civilians.
And it will backfire at them. The sooner the better.
The "Nazi Russophobia" crap is just another lie from Putin.
There's more support to Far Right in Russia than in Ukraine.
But we all know that Putin loves to lie, to make false assumptions, to declare illegal wars,
to justify his tyranny and war crimes.
And why should "we take Ukrainians in our country"?
They have their OWN country. Its theirs. Its UKRAINE, not Russia.
Let Russians stay in Russia and let Ukrainians keep their goddamn country.
No piece of shit like Putin should be allowed to try to steal what's not his to take.

I could be wrong, but I don't believe in this neocolonialist pretension of Russia. Not in the sense of taking territories indiscriminately... Yes, Russia has done that with ukraine, but it did it as a way of trying to make ukraine obey. It did it as a way of punishing and punishing ukraine. What Russia wants is for the states bordering NATO to be vassals. A kind of serfdom, almost like a feudal relationship. Which, of course, in no way moralizes the current war we are seeing.

And infelisely I predict that Ukraine will lose significant part of its territory once again. This is essential for Russia, as this war would be infitinately more costly without significant spoils of war. So taking as much land as possible is one way to mitigate the economic loss of this war for the russians.

It is likely that the United States did not give Ukraine plutonium, but how many bacteriological laboratories were stuffed with Bidens in Ukraine and no one fucking thought that all people descended from the same progenitors, which means that everyone will die and nuclear weapons are not needed.

None. If Putin started talking about bacteriological laboratories, its because he will soon start using bio weapons. We know what Putin will do because if he says "They have bio labs" then he'll use bioweapons. If he says "they have nuclear", then we know he'll use nukes.

Back at the time of the Fall of the Soviet Block, Russia had installed a large number of nuclear weapons in the Ukraine. After the breakup, Ukraine came into the possession of all these nuclear weapons. The Ukraine didn't need to get nuclear weapons, because they already had them. The U.S. convince Ukraine to give up these weapons, with the promise of defending Ukraine's border from Russian aggression. The Russians waited till the Democrats were in power before invading the Ukraine, both under Obama and under Biden, because the knew the Democrats would never keep the promise of defending Ukraine.

Once more "Democrats". Russia didn't care about who was in power in USA, they attacked when they were ready. Stop saying Democrats everywhere, please... The world isn't all about USA, you know?

I am not going to take a side on this, just state some facts from recent history.

Iran had American hostages under Carter, a democrat. Held them until one thing happened, Reagan, a Republican was elected.
Hostages released the next day as Iran knew Reagan would do as he said, get the hostages out even it meant by force.

Iraq, had a dictator that was trying to take over another countries oil fields, invaded Kuwait, was pushed back in 4 days by help from the US. President was George Bush, a Republican.

Iraq, again. Dictator committing genocide and mass killings of "undesirables" in his own country. Pleas from the citizenship
for help. Nothing done, Hussein not fazed or scared of any repercussions. US president, Clinton, a Democrat.

New president elected, Republican Bush, acted on the pleas from the Iraqi people for help, waged war and displaced the
dictator. (Look FULLY at the news stories, MSM it was all about weapons of mass-desrtuction that were not there, but
read fully into it and you'll see about the Iraqi people begging for help. Why do you thing 26 other nations joined in?
(also, no nuclear, but chemical weapons of mass destruction were prevalent.)

Obama, a Democrat, limits the military for the military to arm itself.

Trump , a Republican elected, first thing a 4 star General tells him "Mr. President, we have no ammunition"

Trump immediately gets ammunition producers in the US to ramp up production to new record highs.

(If you don't want to believe this, just ask any hunter or recreational shooter, nobody could buy the ammunition they
wanted because of the shortage under Obama. I know, I made my own, and even the parts for assembly were scarce
and the price quadrupled in just a few years.)

Russia not doing any postering about Ukraine or any other country. President, Trump, a Republican.

Months after new president, Biden, a Democrat in office, Russia goes all in to take over country including a threat
of nuclear weapons if intervention s done.

Again-NOT TAKING SIDES of Republican or Democrat. But I will state as I heard it first hand from a US Air Force Lt. Colonel,
"If any world leading power waged an assult on the US homeland during Clinton's 2nd term in office, he had decimated our
military strength and ability to fight to such a low level that we would have fell to the invading country".

Many Russians are against Putin and do not accept him, they want the war to end and for him to leave power, but they are not in favour of Europe either, they understand that his behaviour is not correct and, most importantly, it is contradictory to the ideals that Europe defends, because these ideals are only applied when he wants to, when his interests, especially economic ones, are in danger, he does not apply them as often as he should and with the forcefulness that he is doing with Russia. Many Russians do not like Putin, but neither do they like the image or the words that are said about Russia, it is their homeland, it is their country.
