I love big, boobs, but very much prefer firm, natural ones.
Fake titties can look great, but they can also look incredibly unnatural. Some women simply go too far with it, and I find that to be of putting. I mean, some of those silicone melons looks as if the doctor shoved two football balls under the patience skin.
In short, it depends on how well they are made.

 

My yes to fake boobs is only, if it's a scar under the breast, when girls have breast surgery and the scar is vertical or on the nipple, it's a resounding no, for me
