Thing is that "mainstream" or should I rather say traditional media is struggling so bad right now. They can not compete with the power of internet anymore. All they have is these smear campaigns and sensationalist headlines to draw clickbates. It's kind of pathetic in my opinion. Trying to grasp frail straws to keep any interest of populous. If I'm correct there's no national broadcast in US right? All are corporate TV networks? When any corporate business is failing to produce anything they tend to go for more drastic measures to gain any income. Media is best and worse example of this.

 

Remind me again how many days and nights of rain it took to kill EVERYONE (except a handful) on the planet? How many people are we talking about back then? There wasn't a vaccine for that either.

 

Also there are not any sports to cover. I've seen them replay OLD recorded games and races.

 

I spent the majority of this evening gleefully enjoying vintage Masters broadcasts, including Tiger's first win, in 1997.
I wish they would do this all the time!

 

Ok, so how's their output is? Is it something that is not what CNN etc. does? Do they have more neutral approach on things?

They work outside of traditional media so you don't hear them on newpapers.

The whole debacle about covid-19 over there is pretty much politicians fault, they can't realize to stop bickering for couple months and work together.
While where I live, our idiots on goverment has not done flawless and had done same mistake of downplaying the threat of covid-19, atleast whole parliament
has stopped working against each other but together.

 

Far left is dangerous, Extreme Right is dangerous.
Unfortunately, both have too much sway and are great at stopping any improvement to anything.

But I will say, the far left is the most despicable. Polosi and her Democrat leftist gang did everything they could to muck up the stimulus bill with their liberal pork. Instead of letting the bill go through, the Democrats had to tack onto the bill: Airplanes must have new, extreme tight emission controls on any commercial jets or turbo prop planes, illegal immigrants must have immediate pardons and amnesty and be given all Medicare rights and privileges, be eligible for unemployment payments, whether they were working or not. Give the states, ( esp. California) the right to have state law supersede Federal law, allow un-restrictive abortion rights, the list goes on.

The Democrats of the USA are the most immoral, un-ethical, un-Godly, haters of their own selves that can be imagined.
Their agenda was, and is not, to help law abiding citizens of the USA to prosper, but to bring everyone down.

I have heard on few occasion that covid-19 is going to be end of EU. That would be a dream come true. The idea of EU was nice but too utopian and
it has been ruined pretty much from the start. Politicians in Brussels are so detached from the whole thing they should be work for.
I mean, has any europeans in this board has ever visited EU parliament? It's a mini nation itself!

Such crisis as this has shown that, in the end, everyone is on their own.

As an after thought, one thing I have to say about Trump and his politics as in positive way, is that he has tried to make US more self sufficient. Too long US or any
country for that matter, has been licking China's ass (to the point that ass is not enough, they lick even the shit between chinese toes). I really can't say that I understand what
it's like there in US right now, but I think in some areas you are guys are going to be pleasently suprised later, when the effects of Trumps polictics comes more prominent.
It's the small things that gives the whole picture.
