Is it worth being a trusted member?

    Hey guys I’m a casual lurker in this forum and was wondering if I should continue to post on forums to become a trusted member? It’s it worth it?

    At the end of the 10 post, I’m I eligible? Can you guys give me any advice Id I’m in the right track?

    If you're happy with what's here as a lurker, then being a trusted member isn't going to give you much more. What I realised after getting trusted status is that (at least for me) being trusted is much more about giving back to the community than anything else. :)

    Not trusted yet (still have a few days to go!) but to my knowledge it just allows you to access all parts of the forum correct? Can't see why that wouldn't be worth it!!!

    Plus you will also be able to upload files (up to 800kb in size) and be able to initiate private message conversation with other members.

    Instead of being called a trusted member, it would be good if they let you pick a role name in the family like user can be sister, bro, father, mother.....

    It will make it look like all members are one big fucking family. Just saying ...
