I don't think NASA wants to portray itself as a porn site.
I'm sure it was live streamed, but only to mission control.

Elon Musk has spoken out about the ownership of the media, and his views go a long way towards shedding light on many of today's issues. It is well worth looking up.

techie76 conservatism isn't compatible with a free society

I don't trust anyone who has enough money to house & feed those less fortunate from themselves yet doesn't.

No one mentions the amount of radiation humans would absorb going to and from Mars.

I do believe that shielding is being worked on. The last I read was fungus from the Chernobyl melt down was promising.

Appears Mars Voyagers may have to spend large amounts of travel time lying or reclining surrounded by heavy shielding..

So what Musk can do right now is develop no-brainer solar technology to get Teslas recharged from rooftop solar panels.

Elon Musk named his automobile the 'Tesla' because he was an admirer of the great Serbian scientist Nikola Tesla.

Tesla and George Westinghouse built the World's first hydro-electric power plant in Niagara Falls. It harnessed the power of the Falls (using Tesla's AC method over Edison's DC) and started the electrification of the world.

There are now monuments honouring Nikola Tesla on both sides of the Niagara River.

The statues should provide free wifi. It's what Tesla would have wanted.

Brialliant. Which seems to cross that "there is a thin line between brilliance and insanity".

Also, hydrogen appears to be working as shielding for cosmic radiation. Then there's something called Selenomelanin that has properties to work against radiation.

Nowadays, I think that we could all learn a lot from Elon Musk's political viewpoints, as well.

They are astute, amply supported by historical precedent, and clearly in evidence today.

    I agree.

My opinions of him is based on what I learned from both of his interviews on Joe Rogan Experience-podcast.
