Lord of the Rings & Hobbit
    Marvel's Movies
Nearly all Disney Animation and Pixar Movies
    Star Wars saga
    Ah! My Goddess the movie
Ghost in the Shell Collection (animations... and... yeah, I'll include the live action. Scarlett's such a hottie)
Battle Angel Alita (I hope they continue the story)
The Pirates of the Caribbean collection
    Kung Fu Panda Collection
    Crazy Rich Asians
    50 First Dates
    Blended
    While You Were Sleeping
    Hitch

... Yeah the list goes ON and ON

hmm... looks like multi part movies, rom-coms, and animations are my thing...

But I have a feeling the new Mulan movie will soon be on this list (probably in single digit zone too)
An Asian (like me) who can kick ass (like me) and really wants to protect everyone she loves (like me)... It's a movie about ME!

... I think the Ice Cream has a bit too strong a hold of me right now... sugar rush much? (Breyer's Oreo and Chips Ahoy 2in1)

Best of wishes to you all!

[IMG] Has to be Jurassic Park. The tyrannosaur breaking out shot still gives me chills (even though she’s inaccurate)

Pink Floyd's The Wall but I would have to agree with @CatholickBoy about Heavy Metal. Remember many Saturday nights in the '80s and '90s at the mall waiting for the midnight showing.

I’m so glad to see that someone else appreciates this gem.
I absolutely love the original so went in expecting the remake to be a huge train wreck. It surprised and impressed me so much how closely they tried to reflect or honor the original that I quite enjoy watching both versions, to be honest.
Hottie point still in place or rescinded?

See the score board for yourself...

I agree that there was an honest effort to keep as true as possible to the original movie, but I could have done without the heated "practice" dance scene... It gave the dance a sexual overtone instead of a truly-enjoying-life sensation that the original movie had. ALMOST killed for me, but the rest of the homage and cultural translations/transitions were well designed and thought out. That's what kept it together and made the movie special.
