USMCA ! Trudeau "It's a good day for Canada".

Canada somewhat mirrors the USA in that the people on the West coast, and the Eastern half, are fairly progressive in their thinking. The people in the middle are fairly right wing, for lack of a better term. The reform party catered to their interests. Kind of like your "tea party". They never expanded their base outside of the prairies until they merged with the old PC party, which led to Steven Harper and his reign of corruption.
