Another fucking cold day with much more to come, I made bread today, turned out very nice too.
Ground some Hazelnuts in my blender, used some coconut flour for variety, it went really well.
I try never to make it the same, my wife loved it, have not been outside for a while.
We find way to entertain ourselves by various means, too fucking cold outside anyway.

 

Sounds fucking great Fred - the bread that is, not the fucking Melbourne weather, you can keep that!!
I've tried to get a bread maker out here, but can't find one. Might have to get one on the fucking internet and get it shipped out.

 

Mostly I go for a 68.

I never had a fucking bread maker, using my hands to mix blend and shape, it is easy enough.
Homemade bread is the best, because you know what is in it. No chemicals at all.

 

Out in the garden a few days ago. Now it's raining hard with a fucking east wind, about 8c outside. Good in our own little world though. Fires are going, smell of fresh bread wafting through (yes, like Fred, hand made) malt whiskey, Irish, in my glass.

 

Oh, for fucks sake...........

 

People I knew had a fucking bread maker, the bread is only good on day one.
After that is becomes hard and stale.
The best bread is made by hand, lovingly created and baked, nothing beats that.

Fuck! Found out my cousin is at least temporarily moving back out east in the near future, due to her sister and sisters husband moving into a place they can better afford. She's staying on the list for housing, but fucking coronavirus put the list on hold. The original plan was that they'd get to her name on the list like next month, but as of now that's like 3 months away, and only getting further away. I'm gonna miss my best friend even more when she's half a country away.

 

WTF

 

I'm sure there would be some people who would say "Fuck me yourself, you coward" to the carrots.

 

Whose fucking shouting now

 

Yesterday all was well, this morning I found my wife collapsed in the fucking shower.
She had a massive heart attack, broke some ribs because of the fall and the ribs pierced and collapsed one lung.
I saw her for a few minutes in ICU, tubes sticking out of her, and her prospects are uncertain.
Doctors don't know whether or not she will survive.
It was a terrible shock, 2 ambulances 5 paramedics took 1.5 hours to get her out of the shower and the house.
I sat in hospital for hours until I could see her for a few minutes.
I have been crying a fair bit today, I cannot imagine life without her, having been together for 65+years
