    :)

Remember,"LIKES" are smiles and an acknowledgment of the effort that other members put forward! Plus, you'll get to meet many people that think as you do! Effort equals acceptance at IB!

You will need to keep your "LIKES" above five (5). Keep in mind that whenever someone departs, all of the "LIKES" that they posted go with them when they depart. So, I advise building a cushion of "LIKES!" Spend them freely and frequently, "LIKES" are worth their weight in gold, here at IB!"

But Anna....it's not only a "Like" button we need. In some special cases, for some special people, there is a need for a "Love it" button. Because some people are just so good with what they post :D ....and how we feel about them...;) .

    Cheers Little Lady.

Well said sweety and we also need the people that gets like to also return some in kind. There is already one (not mentioning a name) that I gave likes to all the time and never even seen on like returned. well guess what this person does not get them from me any more. I give out a hell of a lot of them. I know the work it takes to find pics to post or even stories. I will get off my soap box now. :)

It is about love, loving yourself, and loving each other! ;)
We all need to learn that it is alright to love one another!
Love or "LIKES" are our *currency, you must spend them
freely and frequently so that they will be returned to you!
The more readily they are posted, the quicker they will be
distributed throughout our efforts of joint participation!

*Currency is not to be taken in a literal sense!

If likes become money, then school debt is dislikes. Don't you feel like school is the root of all dislikes.

College loans are out of this world for low to middle class families that is for sure. Here in Arkansas the money made off the lottery is suppose to go to college tuitions for the low and middle class but I have not seen very much go at all. they keep stats on it. Most of it goes to road building. Just another Politic lie.

That's sadly true. They even market the lottery specially for low and middle class, cause we (the low and middle class) are thought to believe in luck and accept our fate, instead of looking beyond the BS and create our own path to success.

    I can relate to this.

During my teens our family moved abroad, from my chilly cradle of Sweden, to sunny welcoming Spain :)

Thing is, before we moved, there was some sort of "barrier" between me and my municipal schooling, i can not find a more accurate wording than that i was fed up.

I perceived public school as too strict.

In Spain, which was a whole new world to me - all of those obstacles dissipated.

While being schooled at home, my english developed much better, so did my math which had been a true sticking point for me.

My progress came not only through the tireless efforts of my parents, but also since i found myself living in a country where very few spoke my native tounge; Swedish.

That sort of "revived" a young me :)

The relaxed atmosphere of learning at home broke down all the barriers i had in other subjects, so when i returned home - i went from "problem student" to "gifted".

All thanks to the education bestowed upon me outside of societal norms.

I am grateful for that, and can very well relate to the virtues of home schooling.
