Armadillo are always funny! My Grandparents Ranch in Central Texas was loaded with them!
Texans call them the "Poor Mans Pig!" :):p:D;)

I have never seen one, even in a zoo. They look like a put-together mix of other animals, or something prehistoric that hung around.

And I hear that the Mexican branch of the species is good to eat ...

A woman is waiting for the bus and as the bus stopped and it was her turn to get on, she became aware that her skirt was too tight to allow her leg to come up to the height of the first step of the bus.
Slightly embarrassed and with a quick smile to the bus driver, she reached behind her to unzip her skirt a little, thinking that this would give her enough slack to raise her leg.
She tried to take the step, only to discover that she couldn't.
So, a little more embarrassed, she once again reached behind her to unzip her skirt a little more, and for the second time, she attempted the step.
Once again, much to her annoyance, she could not raise her leg.
With a little smile to the driver, she again reached behind to unzip a little more and again was unable to take the step.
About this time, a large Texan who was standing behind her picked her up easily by the waist and placed her gently on the top step of the bus.
She went ballistic and turned to the would-be Samaritan and yelled, "How dare you touch me! I don't even know who you are!"
The Texan smiled and drawled, " Well, ma'am, normally I would agree with you... but after you unzipped my fly three times... I kinda figured we were friends."

Here is a small cause for a smile amidst the maelstrom ...

(BTW when you hear Father Bergeron speak in the video - to us here, his voice would be instantly recognizable as Québécois.)

There's only one problem with that cartoon up there - it's total bullshit. And some people will apparently post anything to lure in a 'like'. :)

It should be Texas and Alberta with the left/lib residue sliced right down the middle ! :D

I spent eight good years out in Alberta, with a 'big energy' firm there. And trust me, it's the only sane province in the country. And maybe Newfoundland/Lab, but that's it.

Big Oil, Big Sky, Big Ambition - and I'll bet these folks would be up for the idea :

( And since I'm here - I like Donald Trump. Up here ... well, let's just say that Justin is idolized by the CBC types, and CBC is like CNN Lite, and 'nuff said. :) )
