It depends... i mean, to an extent, but I pissed off the gods somehow when I was born and they made my lady bits tiny down there. Normal sized is just fine, even a bit too much. So my preference is towards the smaller size. Unless you're just going for the porn aspect im which case go big or go home.

In terms of appreciation, no. Everyone has their likes and dislikes and so who appreciates what sizes and shapes changes between individuals.

In terms of physical function, yes. One point is that the larger your boyhood is in length and girth the more blood is required to keep it filled and hard. This means that if you wish to stay hard longer or get hard faster you must have a healthy body and a strong cardiovascular system.
