Thank you all for your kind words. I will be fine in another week and hopefully imune to getting it again. Luckily i am normally quite healthy so managed to kick it off with only paracitamol to help.

Everyone except those with blood type A+ and AB+ need to worry about taking a boat load of supplements and natural herbs. Maybe I'll post a small list if anyone is interested.

Acerola extract for Vitamin C. 1g per day to boost production of immunoglobulins(For long term immunity). Sunshine also boosts the production of immunoglobulins either independently or with Vitamin C. So open your curtains. These two simple acts made such a drastic change in how I felt.

Resveratrol supplement to inhibit viral replication, kill the virus and inhibit cell apoptosis. Resveratrol also inhibits cytokine storm syndrome by balancing the immune system. This supplement saved my heart from the virus.

Lichen Vitamin D3 supplement with a source of vitamin A to make lots of immune system cells.

There is antiviral molecules inside the skin of carrots. So organic raw carrot juice does wonders in small doses. Plus it provides us with Vitamin A.

Liver is great for vitamin A if it's from pasture raised animals.

Zinc inhibits viral replication. I take 30mg of zinc citrate per day.

Ashwagandha I haven't tested but there is new research that shows it inhibits coronavirus entry into cells. My older brother with type A+ blood takes it all the time and was sick for a short time with the coronavirus.

Organic Milk thistle is good for the liver. Important for those with liver issues. It's also antiviral.

Supplements with niacinamide will help the coronavirus replicate. Avoid this one if infected.

Nuts infested with aflatoxins will promote viral load. So avoid eating nuts or raw foods known to contain aflatoxins.
