    The dismissal of Gavin Williamson, British Minister of Defence, allegedly for leaking information in the Huawei affair, is said to be the cover story for something else. Sources including the Kremlin report that he boarded the Trident nuclear IBM submarine HMS Vigilant and acted, according to officers and men of the submarine "almost a bit manic". An understatement.
