I totally agree but this dog's owner was murdered but the neighbors that were giving the poor dog food and water should be punished for not reporting it to the ASPCA or the at least the county animal control so that the poor dog could be rescued and given medical attention. They should have reported the dog as soon as they knew of the owner's death so that the poor dog wouldn't have had to suffer for 5 years.

That is very true.

 

I'm sorry, but that is a huge disconnect for me, it was nice of the neighbor providing food and water! But the bit about keeping her chained for "5 EFFING YEARS!" Really sticks in my CRAW! Those "thoughtful" neighbors need to live through the same period of being chained up, outdoors for the same amount of time!​

 

My question if it was a murder why didn't the fucking cops call animal control?????????
