    Last night we were watching the meteor shower from our front lawn .......... something the citiots can't do and probably wouldn't understand anyway

    My stepson and I went over to the local park at about midnight.

    We had no luck, but I think that's because the air is less clear here, and the park was too well-lit;

    I'm close to the Lake, so it would seem to make sense to go there. But the problem is, that the meteor shower emanated from the North.

    So, there's no benefit from more air to look through. From here, I'd need to drive a long ways up to get out of it.
